Deniene Dailey, Principle, REALTOR:

Deniene has been practicing since 2015. Deniene takes the time to understand her client’s needs, and she has the patience to guide both buyers and sellers. Deniene is a Zillow Premier Agent. A Lewes resident since 2002, Deniene knows the area. Deniene plays competitive tennis in her free time.

Scott Dailey, Principle, Broker:

Scott has been practicing since 2003. Scott’s experience in residential real estate is enhanced by his experience in commercial real estate development and new home construction as the owner of Capstone Homes until 2015 and then Aurora Homes. Scott is a lousy fisherman, and he is addicted to grilling on his Big Green Egg.

Gina Nuzzo, REALTOR:

With over 15 years of real estate experience, Gina moved to Lewes, DE from New Jersey in 2019. Gina makes the needs of her clients her top priority, and her passion is making their real estate dreams come true. Gina enjoys living near the beautiful DE beaches and spending time with her husband and her two dogs.
